Effective: August 30, 2026. These terms are a binding agreement between you and the operators of ppmail.me. By accessing the site you accept them; if you do not agree, do not use the site.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND CALCULATORS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. We work in good faith to cite sources accurately as of each page's review date; science evolves and errors are possible.

You may not republish content wholesale, remove attributions, or use automated means to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the site — including for training machine-learning or AI models — without prior written permission. Cited third-party works remain their owners'; licensed photographs are used under their respective licenses.

You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, probe or attack its infrastructure, misrepresent affiliation with it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms plus the Privacy policy and Disclaimers are the entire agreement regarding the site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes is acceptance.
